Change Management Strategist

Role OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Change Management Consultant to join our dynamic team. If you have a passion for driving transformation and ensuring smooth transitions, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with our Change Management Framework, addressing the people side of transformations.
- Guide senior leaders and executives in their critical role as change management sponsors and support people leaders as they help their teams through change.
- Create and support change agent networks, fostering a culture of agility and innovation.
- Drive active stakeholder engagement, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all levels of the organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change initiatives, implementing data-driven approaches to track value and success.
- Embody continuous improvement, feeding into the continuous improvement of change management practices at Cprime | Elabor8.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in leading change in agile environments.
- Experience with and knowledge of traditional and modern change management practices, methodologies, and tools.
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and strategic planning.
- A systems thinking and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Experience in leading teams and managing large change initiatives in complex environments.
- Deep understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
- Flexibility to manage both large-scale organizational transformation changes and the implementation of smaller change initiatives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including active listening skills.
