Job Title: Water Quality Team Member

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our water quality operations team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of pool maintenance and water chemistry balancing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards
  • Operate automated chemical metering and dosing equipment to an operator's level
  • Complete hourly testing and balancing of pool chemicals
  • Perform daily maintenance of filtration systems, lint strainers, and chemical delivery dosage pumps
  • Ensure all equipment is maintained to the highest standard
  • Complete all work orders to maintain correct record-keeping processes
  • Scoop and/or vacuum pools
  • Clean filters and chlorinators
  • Adjust chlorinator, pump, and controller settings
Requirements:
  • Hold a current NSW Swimming Pool Operations certificate or Certified Pool Operator (CPO)
  • Be physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment
  • Have experience in commercial pool operation and maintenance
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a similar role

Working Hours: Ability to work flexible hours including weekends, early mornings, evenings, and public holidays.
