Instrument Service and Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Instrument Service and Maintenance Specialist to provide regular maintenance and repair services to ensure optimal instrument performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in life sciences and clinical diagnostics, with experience in installing, servicing, and maintaining equipment.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
    • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on instruments to ensure they operate at peak efficiency.
    • Install and service new equipment, following manufacturer guidelines.
    • Manage work orders efficiently to meet customer expectations and deadlines.
    • Utilize software tools for effective work order management.
    • Maintain high standards of professionalism in tool handling and test equipment.
  2. Required Qualifications:
    • Relevant engineering degree or diploma (Electronic/Electrical/Biomedical/Mechanical).
    • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in life science, clinical diagnostics, or biomedical service industry.
    • Excellent communication skills with strong English proficiency.
    • Proven ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
    • Demonstrated initiative, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
    • Strong team player with a results-driven approach.
    • High level of computer literacy and software usage skills.
    • Valid driver's license.
