Electrical Instrumentation Specialist Role

As a seasoned Electrical Instrumentation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch electrical engineering services to clients across various industries. Your expertise in HV/LV and E&I engineering will enable the company to maintain its position as a leading provider of such services.

Key Requirements:

  • Unrestricted QLD Electrical Workers License
  • Cert III or IV in Instrumentation
  • Cert IV EEHA (preferred)
  • Minimum 4 years' experience
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Ability to promote a high standard of safety, professionalism, and effective communication

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in Electrical Instrumentation Services
  • EEHA Hazardous Area Inspections
  • LV / ELV Electrical Installations
  • Critical Function Testing - Fire and Gas
  • Instrument Loop and Function Testing
  • Instrumentation Commissioning
  • Instrument tubing fitting and repairs (Swagelok)
  • Flow, pressure, vibration, temperature, analytical, level and position instrumentation maintenance and checks
  • HART and foundation fieldbus protocol
  • Field Calibrations
  • Valve Stroking
  • High Level Fault Finding
  • SCADA/PLC/Distributed Control System
  • Process Control Instrumentation & Metering Skids
