At Right at Home, our mission is to provide exceptional care and support to individuals in need. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Community Home Care Worker to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing person-centred care and support in their own homes. As a Community Home Care Worker, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily living and lifestyle requirements, including domestic assistance, social support, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing person-centred care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assisting with domestic tasks, such as light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Supporting clients with social activities, shopping, and travelling to medical appointments
  • Monitoring client well-being and reporting progress to the Care Coordinator
  • Participating in staff meetings and attending training as required
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Australian Federal Police Clearance
  • Current CPR/First Aid Certificate
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence
  • Reliable, registered, and insured vehicle (comprehensive insurance required)
  • Smartphone with internet access
