Job Title: Compassionate Caregiver

We are seeking experienced caregivers to join our team in providing high-quality personal care to residents based on their individual needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering person-centred care and supporting individuals to maintain their independence.

About the Role:

As a caregiver, you will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks and activities, personal care, and mobility. You will also develop and deliver care plans in collaboration with multi-disciplinary teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing support with meal times and creating a safe and enjoyable dining experience
  • Encouraging residents to participate in daily activities and promoting their independence
  • Supporting residents to make choices about their lifestyle and activities of daily living, in line with their care plan

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent qualification
  • Demonstrated experience as a caregiver, able to work independently without direct supervision
  • Sound best practice personal and clinical care skills, good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to manage your workload effectively, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
