Caregiver Role Overview

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate caregivers to join our team in providing high-quality support services to individuals with disabilities.

The primary goal of this role is to enhance the lives of our clients by promoting their independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

As a caregiver, you will play a vital part in delivering personalized care that meets the unique needs of each client.

Your responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as supporting clients with mobility and transfers, administering medications under supervision, and maintaining accurate records of client care.

In addition to these core duties, you will also be expected to provide emotional support and companionship to foster a sense of dignity and respect among our clients.

To succeed in this role, you must possess strong communication skills, be patient and compassionate, and demonstrate a commitment to enhancing the lives of others.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability), or equivalent qualification
  • Current WWVP and NDIS Screening Check
  • Previous experience in disability support or caregiving (desired)
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certification
