Civil Engineering Specialist

Our company is seeking a skilled Civil Designer to join our Land Development Group in the Southeast region. This role plays a pivotal part in delivering high-quality civil engineering projects, fostering collaboration with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with Project Managers, Design Engineers, Clients, and other project consultants to deliver complex civil engineering projects.
- Develop comprehensive residential master plans for single-family attached and detached developments, ensuring seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Prepare permit applications, construction documents, and detailed engineering calculations, maintaining accuracy and adherence to regulations.
- Coordinate closely with municipal review staff to secure permit approvals and participate actively in project design/client meetings.
- Collaborate effectively with landscape architecture staff on community amenity designs and oversee construction administration activities.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in land development, specifically in single-family residential projects.
- Proficiency in Civil 3D software, leveraging expertise to drive project success.
- Strong client service orientation and team player mentality, fostering a collaborative work environment.
