Role: Civil Engineering Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Civil Site/Land Development Engineer to contribute to the design, permitting, and construction observation of land development projects.

About the Role:
  • Collaborate with team members to plan, permit, and oversee the construction of land development projects.
  • Built relationships with colleagues to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D software for designing land development projects.
  • Conduct technical design calculations related to land development projects such as storm drainage hydraulic sizing, water distribution modeling, BMP, sanitary sewer collection systems, erosion control measures, etc.
  • Preliminary engineering evaluations, including quantity take-offs and opinions of probable construction cost.
  • Site visits and field reports preparation.
  • Field testing coordination, such as water pressure testing, gravity sewer low-pressure testing, manhole vacuum testing, etc.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (BSCE) or Engineering Technology (BSCET).
  • PE required.
  • 4+ years of qualifying civil engineering design experience.
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD and/or Civil3D is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A strong desire to continue learning, advance professionally, and work in a fast-paced, design team environment.
