Job Title: Infrastructure Development Manager

The successful candidate will oversee the implementation of technical enhancements and site expansions, combining leadership with project management to deliver upgrades and expand capabilities.

This is a critical role that directly impacts reliability and efficiency at a fast-growing operation. The Infrastructure Development Manager will be responsible for leading infrastructure projects and mechanical maintenance across the industrial site.

  • Deliver equipment upgrades and site assessments, embedding robust preventive-maintenance practices
  • Oversee a large-scale expansion from design and tender through contractor selection and approval
  • Develop and drive a long-term capital expenditure roadmap in collaboration with Operations, Finance, and Governance

You'll be accountable for:

  • Coaching and developing a maintenance coordinator, shifting the team from reactive fixes to planned uptime

Requirements:

  • Proven background in mechanical, electrical, or process engineering on industrial sites
  • Track record managing capital projects of significant scale, from scoping through hand-over
  • Strong stakeholder influencer, able to align site teams, external contractors, and senior leaders
