A Culture and Employee Relations Specialist

A Culture and Employee Relations Specialist is needed to partner with business units, providing strategic advice on human resources practices, policies, and procedures.
Main Responsibilities- Act as a subject matter expert for business units, delivering guidance on HR best practices, strategies, and protocols.
- Manage employee relations matters within business units, driving favorable outcomes while mitigating risks.
- Coordinate case management across the People and Culture Business Partner team, while managing a smaller portfolio with comprehensive partnering responsibilities.
- Apply knowledge and expertise to design and implement cultural initiatives that promote our values throughout the organization.
- Demonstrated capability in conducting, coordinating, and reporting complex case management tasks.
- Proven experience in workplace mediation and facilitation.
- Tertiary qualifications at degree or diploma level majoring in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Proven experience in providing generalist HR advice in large or complex organizations.
- Flexible working arrangement with a collaborative approach.
