Key Role in Organisational Growth

The Learning and Organisational Development Partner plays a pivotal part in the development and delivery of all learning and organisational initiatives.

This full-time position supports the growth of leadership and professional capability across the organisation, identifying learning needs and designing programs to address these gaps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership Framework Implementation: Lead the implementation of Saab's Leadership Development Framework to ensure the company has the leadership capability to deliver on its strategy.
  • Professional Learning Interventions: Support the identification and development of interventions to improve behaviours, core capability, and team effectiveness.
  • Development Solutions: Implement a range of solutions to enhance career growth progression and business outcomes for employees.
  • Talent and Capability Programs: Support Saab's talent, career, and growth strategy through implementing selected talent, capability, and leadership programs in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Business Partnership: Partner with the organisation on Learning and Development policies, programs, and practices.
  • Training Needs Analysis: Assist managers and business units in identifying training needs and recommending suitable methods to address skills and knowledge gaps.

This role requires expertise in leadership capability, talent initiatives, and organisational development projects. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious individual with a strong understanding of what drives organisational success.
