About this Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned People and Culture Strategist to join our corporate team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing people and culture strategies that drive business success.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with executive-level stakeholders, providing expert advice and support on people and culture matters.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement people and culture strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
  • Organisational Effectiveness: Provide guidance and support to senior stakeholders on best practice organisational design to streamline business processes and embed new operating models.
  • Change Management: Support organisational change initiatives, providing guidance and support to leaders and employees throughout the process.
  • Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies to ensure the company attracts and retains top talent.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse HR metrics, providing regular reports to senior leadership on key people and culture indicators.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience working with senior stakeholders and executive teams.
  • Post M&A integration experience (or similar)
  • Strong understanding of people and culture processes, including talent management, employee engagement, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and manage change in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a people and culture role, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
