About The Role

This is an exceptional opportunity to take your career to new heights. You will provide expert-level technical support services within agreed service levels, maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation, and leverage tools and processes to deliver high-quality services to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective technical support for Data Analytic Platforms, ensuring seamless delivery and meeting contracted time frames and service level agreements.
  • Collaborate directly with clients and other stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Participate in an on-call roster for after-hours support, ensuring that clients receive prompt and professional assistance.
What We Are Looking For
  • At least 3 years' experience as a System Administrator with Linux infrastructure and Cloud Computing expertise.
  • Proven skills across Linux operating systems, Statistical Analysis System (SAS) software, database management, networking protocols, and cloud computing platforms.
  • Proficiency in Python/R programming, PowerShell scripting, Bash scripting, and troubleshooting techniques.
