**Job Title: Financial Systems Solutions Expert**

As a seasoned professional, you will lead the implementation of various modules of D365 for Finance and Operations.

  • Act as Functional Solution Architect (FSA) on projects.
  • Lead the D365 Finance/Project Accounting Workstream.
  • Perform Solution Advisory/Solution Architect role in analysis phase of D365 F&O implementation.
  • Conduct Business Process Analysis (BPA) workshops.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Accurately estimating entire enterprise-level projects along with resources and skillsets required.
  • Conducting Business Process Analysis (BPA), creating Solution Blueprint document and performing Fit/Gap analysis.
  • Acting as solution advisor to project during design/development, testing and deployment phases.
  • Ensuring formal process is in place for testing and issues resolution, specifically around functional architecture and integration points of implementation.
  • Finalizing and signing-off on functional specifications, unit and system test scripts, and deployment plans.
  • Traveling as needs of clients and business dictate.

**Key Skills and Requirements:**

  • Articulating architectural differences between solution methods and challenges/approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms.
  • Providing leadership and effectiveness in consulting and client management.
  • Forming and leading virtual teams and collaborating across large, matrix organizations.
  • Prioritizing tasks and communicating commitments.
  • Working in highly collaborative team environment.
  • Solving complex problems with creative solutions.
  • Mentoring and guiding junior consultants on best practices/approaches.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in IT industry, preferably in D365 implementation and advisory roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful D365 implementations and excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
