Job Title: Systems Architect Specialist

Description:

  • We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented professional to play a pivotal role in translating business requirements into technical solutions within the Dynamics ecosystem.
  • This individual will serve as a Super User for core business systems, with in-depth knowledge of operations, procedures, and organisational policies.
  • Key Responsibilities include managing ongoing data maintenance, triage system issues, troubleshoot errors, and escalating problems to appropriate vendors for timely resolution.
  • Collaboration with technical teams on data migration is essential, assisting with data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
  • Providing training to users on Dynamics 365 CE functionalities and creating comprehensive documentation for processes and configurations is also crucial.
  • This role requires identifying opportunities for system and process improvements and collaborating with Business stakeholders to implement changes.
  • Ensuring all configurations and customizations comply with Microsoft best practices and organisational guidelines is vital.

Requirements:

  • 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in a similar systems analysis or support role.
  • Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales.
  • Experience with some of Power Apps, Power Automate.
  • Proficient in database systems, data management, report generation, and complex SQL queries (e.g. SQL Reporting Services).
  • Experience in data migration and software upgrades and patching.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot system issues, monitor performance, and implement improvements to enhance reliability and user experience.
  • Experience with 1 or more coding languages (programming and understanding).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills to support collaboration across business units and technical teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • Professional certification in Dynamics 365 (desirable).
