About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Consultant. You will be responsible for providing personalized solutions to our customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored recommendations to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our customers
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Identify and recommend products and services that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technology and products
