About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Telstra's Tweed City store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers in-store
  • Identify and meet the needs of customers through the sale of Telstra products and services
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Telstra products and services to provide expert advice to customers
