We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Audiologist to join our team in Toowoomba. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality audiological services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments, including diagnostic and paediatric assessments.
- Provide professional recommendations for hearing rehabilitation options and address client difficulties, lifestyle, management abilities, and budget.
- Perform clinical assessments in-line with current best practice and communicate assessment results and subsequent recommendations.
- Meet client needs through providing appropriate and professional advice, services, and devices.
- Offer counselling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss management and communication strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Participate in professional development and training to maintain current and diverse knowledge in audiology.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working in adult rehabilitation.
- Relevant qualification in Audiology.
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Full membership with an appropriate professional body and a Certificate of Clinical Practice (CCP).
- Solid audiological skills and knowledge.
- Excellent levels of customer care and service, and a passion for delivering an amazing client experience.
- Commitment to building strong therapeutic relationships with clients and achieving the highest standards in audiological care.
- Understanding of, and commitment to, ensuring the commercial success of the business.
- Desire to support other members of the team and nurture an inclusive and enthusiastic culture.
- Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Dedication to staying updated with industry advancements.
