About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Audiologist to join our team in Toowoomba. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality audiological services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive audiological assessments, including diagnostic and paediatric assessments.
  • Provide professional recommendations for hearing rehabilitation options and address client difficulties, lifestyle, management abilities, and budget.
  • Perform clinical assessments in-line with current best practice and communicate assessment results and subsequent recommendations.
  • Meet client needs through providing appropriate and professional advice, services, and devices.
  • Offer counselling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss management and communication strategies.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Participate in professional development and training to maintain current and diverse knowledge in audiology.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in adult rehabilitation.
  • Relevant qualification in Audiology.
  • Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Full membership with an appropriate professional body and a Certificate of Clinical Practice (CCP).
  • Solid audiological skills and knowledge.
  • Excellent levels of customer care and service, and a passion for delivering an amazing client experience.
  • Commitment to building strong therapeutic relationships with clients and achieving the highest standards in audiological care.
  • Understanding of, and commitment to, ensuring the commercial success of the business.
  • Desire to support other members of the team and nurture an inclusive and enthusiastic culture.
  • Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Dedication to staying updated with industry advancements.
