Graduate Audiologist

Ready to launch your career as an Audiologist? Commence your 12-month internship in January 2025 under the guidance of your dedicated supervisor and our Clinical Services team and progress to fully Qualified Practitioner and beyond.

What would you be doing as a Neurosensory Audiologist?

A highly varied caseload working closely with local ENTs to provide specialist diagnostic, paediatric and adult audiological assessments. Help clients with their hearing needs by providing professional recommendations about most suitable rehabilitation options to address the client’s difficulties, lifestyle, management abilities and budget. Perform clinical assessments in-line with current best practice and the Company’s clinical protocols and communicate assessment results and subsequent recommendations. Meet our clients’ needs, wherever possible, through providing appropriate and professional advice, services and devices. Offering counselling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing loss management and communication strategies. Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients. Take part in professional development and training to gain knowledge in specialist areas of audiology.

What do you need to be successful?

A relevant qualification in Audiology. Audiology Australia Student Membership. Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain). Excellent levels of customer care and service, and a passion for delivering an amazing client experience. A commitment to building strong therapeutic relationships with our clients, and achieving the highest standards in audiological care. An understanding of, and commitment to, ensuring the commercial success of the business. A desire to support other members of your team, and nurture an inclusive and enthusiastic culture in the region. Well-developed interpersonal, negotiation and problem-solving skills. Dedication to staying updated with industry advancements.
