About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Information Security Analyst to contribute to and improve our Information Security program in Ricoh Australia. The primary goal of this role is to ensure that appropriate security controls are in place and effective.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery of locally and globally driven Information Security roadmap initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry best practices.

  • Security threat and incident response, utilizing expertise to mitigate risks and minimize business impact.

  • System Patching and vulnerability assessment, ensuring the security and integrity of our IT infrastructure.

  • Technical assistance and ownership of security-focused day-to-day activities, providing expert guidance and support to the team.

  • Assistance in system hardening and secure technical design, ensuring the security and reliability of our systems.

  • ISMS and ISO 27001 program delivery, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

  • Audit program participation, providing expert insights and recommendations to improve our security posture.

  • Security policy and process contribution, developing and implementing effective security policies and procedures.

  • Contribution and engagement across key governance frameworks, including risk management, asset management, and change management.

  • Contribution to and maintenance of Security Operations Body of Knowledge, ensuring the team has access to the latest security information and best practices.

  • Tender response and partner program requirements analysis, ensuring our security posture meets the needs of our partners and customers.

  • Technology project governance and due diligence relative to Information Security, ensuring the security and integrity of our technology projects.

Requirements

  • Min. 3 years industry experience in Information Security or a related field.

  • Bachelor degree (or equivalent) level of education in IT related discipline, preferably with Cyber Security focus.

  • ISO 27001 exposure and practical experience, with a strong understanding of security controls and compliance.

  • Relevant IT certifications (SSCP, CCNA, Security +, etc.), demonstrating expertise in security and IT.

  • Strong written language and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Audit participation experience, with a strong understanding of security audit processes and procedures.

  • Governance framework exposure (ITIL / Prince2 / COBIT), with a strong understanding of security governance and risk management.
