Job Title:

Store Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned retail leader to helm our store operations. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing store rosters, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver and exceed sales budgets and growth expectations
  • Effectively manage store rosters to meet budgeted wage % and plan for fluctuations in trade and tasks
  • Lead by example in customer service, ensuring staff are trained to deliver above-and-beyond service consistent with our brand standards
  • Maximise sell-throughs and profitability of products through effective refilling, markdowns, and stockroom management
  • Ensure the store maintains visual standards and merchandises stock to maximise sales potential
Requirements:
  • Retail Store Management experience in a fast-paced environment with a minimum of 3 years leadership experience
  • Hands-on and strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success
  • Passion for styling and eye for detail to uphold our visual merchandising standards
  • Exposure to stock management
  • Experience in preparing monthly rosters and administration duties
  • Proven ability in driving sales and achieving KPI's & budgets
  • High personal standards in providing superior customer service
