Job Title: Retail Manager

Description of the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled retail professional to lead our team and drive sales. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of restaurant operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead teams through clear direction, coaching, and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create memorable customer experiences.
  • Optimise profit, create a positive culture, and drive costs down while improving the customer experience and maintaining high standards.
  • Provide leadership and coaching to the Restaurant team, determining work requirements and priorities, assigning tasks to maximise Restaurant performance.
  • Ensure sufficient staffing levels for service to labour targets, including recruitment, weekly rosters, and effective succession planning.

Key Requirements:

  • Prior experience in managing restaurants or hospitality businesses with strong commercial acumen.
  • Able to translate direction into action, lead, inspire, and support teams to achieve excellent results.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and championing customer satisfaction.
  • Able to work a rotating roster which includes nights and weekends.
