**About the Role**:

Are you a skilled Executive Producer with a passion for creating exceptional radio content? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a talent for managing teams?

We are seeking an experienced Executive Producer to join our dynamic team on Triple M Gold Coast breakfast. As the key person responsible for overseeing every aspect of on-air content and talent, this is an exciting opportunity to take your career to the next level.

As part of our team, you will be responsible for executing the overall strategic direction of the show, developing and implementing innovative content strategies that engage and captivate our audience.

This role requires a seasoned producer with extensive experience in creating high-quality radio content, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Oversee the day-to-day activities and ongoing projects of Triple M Gold Coast breakfast
  • Develop and implement innovative content strategies to engage and captivate our audience
  • Manage and motivate a talented team of producers, writers, and on-air presenters
  • Collaborate with multiple teams from audio, visual, talent, and other show producers to achieve shared goals
  • Ensure all content meets the highest standards of quality and accuracy

**Requirements:**

  • At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Producer or Senior Producer in radio broadcasting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong understanding of radio content creation and production
  • Ability to multitask, work to tight deadlines, and remain calm under pressure
  • Superior knowledge of Commercial Radio's Codes of Practice & Guidelines
