Senior Creative Leader Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Creative Leader to oversee our creative direction from concept to finished artwork.

About the Role:

This senior position will partner closely with the Chief Creative Officer to define and execute creative vision, manage graphic design team members, deliver brand graphics for large scale projects, and provide strategic briefs in line with the CCO's direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage graphic design team members and video team leader
  • Deliver on brand graphics for large scale projects and requests from internal departments
  • Collaborate with the Chief Creative Officer to define and oversee creative direction, from concept through finished artwork and production
  • Manage the creation of various brand and style guidelines
  • Oversee the graphic design and video team's tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and graphics are submitted on time

Requirements:

  • 3 years experience in a leadership or executive experience (ideal)
  • Passion for leading and mentoring a team
  • Extensive skills in graphic design and knowledge in videography
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to efficiently delegate tasks to a large team
  • Fashion/retail background highly regarded
  • Keen attention to detail and excellent verbal & written communication skills
