We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Manager to join our team. This is a full-time permanent role with a competitive salary package and a wide range of staff benefits.

Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of asset management strategies to optimize performance and delivery on business objectives.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of university facilities, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of sustainability, safety, and service.
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve operational efficiency and cost savings.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including university staff, students, and external partners.
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that support the effective management of university assets.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a senior operational management role.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple sites.
- Confidence working both autonomously and as part of a team.
- Practical maintenance knowledge (carpentry, plumbing, basic repairs).
- Excellent communication, reporting, and interpersonal skills.
