Facilities Management Position

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and development of our facilities.

About the Role:

  • Manage services supporting critical environments including fire safety systems, mechanical services, and electrical services.
  • Conduct regular inspections of our facilities and document findings.
  • Oversee operating expenditure and ensure efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective maintenance and development of hard and soft services.
  • Manage minor works as required.
  • Identify and address any issues with our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrated experience in facilities management or operations with a focus on fire and mechanical services.
  • Possess a trade background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing services and project management experience.
  • Proven experience in managing services supporting critical environments.
  • Sound understanding of legislative requirements around facilities management services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Strong time management and organisational skills with the flexibility to work autonomously across different sites.
