We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Pricing Lead - Systems & Process.

Job Opportunity Summary:

This position presents a fantastic opportunity to play a key part in optimising systems, processes, and data to support Australia's largest inflight caterer and a global leader in air services.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced MS Excel skills, experience with JDE or other ERP systems, and background in Pricing, Management Accounting, or Finance Management. They will also have strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, as well as proven ability to meet tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update internal systems with the latest pricing details.
  • Ensure sales orders and invoices match through accurate and consistent data.
  • Standardise sales order validation processes to remove duplication and errors.
  • Define and maintain cost and recharge data for items not included in menu or handling prices.
  • Create and automate reports for costing, pricing, and revenue recovery.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure system capability meets business needs.
  • Deliver accurate and standardised pricing reports and summaries.
  • Conduct complex analysis and challenge key business assumptions.
  • Represent the pricing team in cross-functional projects and process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Advanced MS Excel skills.
  • Experience with JDE or other ERP systems.
  • Experience with QAD and Power BI.
  • Background in Pricing, Management Accounting, or Finance Management.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to meet tight deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills, including stakeholder engagement.
