Role Overview:
We are in search of a proactive and experienced Team Leader Business Services to oversee the operational and strategic dimensions of Arts, Events, and Cultural Venues. This position is tailored for individuals who excel in leadership and are adept at developing effective systems and processes to ensure exceptional service delivery and community involvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations, providing strategic leadership and support to concierge, venue, and business operations teams to ensure outstanding customer experiences.
  • Facility Enhancement: Provide strategic and operational guidance for the development of new facilities and upgrades to existing ones.
  • Process Optimization: Design and maintain effective service and venue-based processes, systems, budgets, and performance metrics.
  • Revenue Development: Identify and act on opportunities to increase venue usage and revenue.
  • Performance Evaluation: Develop, monitor, and assess service delivery and operational performance to align with organizational standards.
  • Financial Coordination: Prepare and deliver regular financial and statistical reports for the unit.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to promote a positive workplace culture and drive continuous improvement.
  • Risk Management: Implement and uphold effective risk management practices in accordance with organizational policies.

Required Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and lead operational and business functions within arts and cultural venues.
  • Strong strategic and operational acumen, with experience in facility development and process enhancement.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on improving venue and service efficiency.
  • Recent National Police Check (issued within the last 6 months).
