About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Lancemore Mansion Hotel. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding service and quality food and beverage experiences
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies
- Monitor and control inventory, labor costs, and other operational expenses
- Provide exceptional guest service, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner
About You
To succeed in this role, you will be a natural leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, a flair for creativity, and a strong work ethic. You will have:
- Experience in leading shifts and managing teams in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- A strong understanding of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and quality control
