Goodstart is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Educational Leader.

\

As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in collaborating with Educators to develop and implement high-quality educational programs that meet the needs of children.

\

With a strong commitment to child development and early years content, you will guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework and work closely with the centre leadership team to drive transformative changes.

\

About the Role:

\
  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework\
  • Collaborate with Educators to enhance program delivery and achieve positive outcomes for children\
  • Provide guidance and support to teachers to deepen their understanding of child development and early years content\
  • Work closely with the centre leadership team to drive change and improve educational practice
\

Requirements:

\
  • Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)\
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards\
  • Current VIC Working with Children Check or VIT Registration
