About the Head of Finance Transformation
Reporting to the CEO, the Head of Finance Transformation will lead this major redesign of finance processes and practices across the organisation, anchored by the implementation of a new finance system.
This role will bring best-practice insights to financial operations, streamline workflows, and embed efficiencies that support future growth.
You will oversee the end-to-end system implementation with delivery partners, consult with internal stakeholders, manage external vendors, and champion change management to ensure smooth adoption across the business.
About You
We are seeking a CA / CPA qualified accountant with proven experience in finance transformation and system implementation.
You will bring deep knowledge of financial operations and compliance, a track record of driving process improvement, and the ability to engage stakeholders with empathy and influence.
Analytical and strategic, yet hands-on in your approach, you thrive in complex environments where you can challenge legacy practices and deliver future-fit solutions.
Experience in project management, change leadership, and working in values-based or not-for-profit organisations will be highly regarded.
