Job Title:

Night Auditor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Auditor to join our team. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for managing late-night check-ins, handling guest needs, and maintaining accurate financial records.

You will work closely with the day team to ensure a smooth handover and set them up for success. Your attention to detail and numeracy skills will be essential in ensuring everything checks out and balances.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as Night Auditor and manage late-night check-ins and guest needs.
  • Be the first line of defence for safety breaches and respond calmly to emergencies.
  • Act as the anchor for the day team by supporting handover and setting up the next shift for success.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and balance daily transactions with attention to detail, and address discrepancies promptly.
Requirements:
  • Experience or capability in hospitality operations and night audit duties.
  • Strong numeracy, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Calm under pressure with good communication and guest relations skills.
  • Ability to work night shifts and adapt to irregular hours.
