  6. Ability to review a customer's travel program and present options that drive compelling financial and operational value to deliver growth and profitability.
  7. Has intimate knowledge of their customer portfolio.
  8. Delivers a compelling customer experience to maximize the opportunity for retention and satisfaction.
  9. Ability to influence the customer in order to drive a result/opportunity.
  10. Deep understanding of the customer's end-to-end journey.
  11. Knows how to position the features and benefits of the corporate travel product suite.
  12. Understands key business drivers for the organization and how to contribute to its success.
