About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Organisational Development Specialist to lead the design and delivery of learning and development programs, oversee leadership development for frontline and emerging leaders, and drive talent management, succession planning and career pathways.

You will be responsible for managing graduate, trainee and internship programs, leading diversity and inclusion strategy and initiatives, delivering engagement surveys and culture programs, and collaborating with stakeholders to embed capability across our organisation.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of learning and development programs
  • Oversee leadership development for frontline and emerging leaders
  • Drive talent management, succession planning and career pathways
  • Manage graduate, trainee and internship programs
  • Lead diversity and inclusion strategy and initiatives
  • Deliver engagement surveys and culture programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to embed capability across our organisation
  • Monitor progress and outcomes across all programs

About You

We are looking for an experienced organisational development specialist with a relevant degree or equivalent experience in OD, strong knowledge of contemporary people practices, and experience in leadership, learning, engagement and diversity programs.

You should have excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, the ability to coach, influence and drive change across all levels, and knowledge of employment legislation and HR systems.
