Job Title: Team Leader

This key leadership role is well-suited for a person with experience in leading services, rostering and funding agreements.

The Service Support Lead will provide leadership to the service support team to deliver high-quality person-centred supports and ensure best practice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day leadership and supervision to the service support team.
  • Actively monitor and review the rostering requirements of the organisation.
  • Facilitate the smooth transition of funding between Identitywa, NDIS and other funding bodies.
  • Work with teams to ensure KPIs for participant funding and rostering requirements for the disability services are met.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in service support to meet the needs of families and employees.
  • Complete reporting and other duties as required by the Service Improvement Manager.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification or minimum 3 years relevant leadership experience.
  • Strong leadership skills to develop and maintain high-performing service support teams.
  • Dedicated experience to customer service in the disability field.
  • Demonstrated commitment to the core values of Identitywa.
  • Working knowledge and understanding of the National Disability Insurance Scheme.
  • Experience in scheduling and rostering employees in a person-centred approach across multiple services.
  • High-level interpersonal skills with ability and empathy to work in a family-focused and confidential working environment.
  • Commitment to the NDIS Standards and safeguarding of children and adults at risk.
