
Leadership and Development Professional

We are seeking a Learning and Development Professional to join our organization. This role involves designing and delivering leadership and human skills development programs for new and existing employees across the country.
About the Role:
As a Learning and Development Professional, you will work closely with L&D and Talent Development colleagues and the business to design and deliver training programs that meet current and future capability needs. Your key responsibilities include supporting the learning journey for new employees, enhancing employee onboarding, and leading leadership development for emerging and frontline leaders.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Designing and delivering leadership and human skills development programs
- Partnering with stakeholders to engage all key stakeholders in important decisions involving program delivery
- Supporting the rollout of Group and Regional training programs, including participation in working group meetings and being the point of contact for L&D locally
- Working closely with the National Head of Function to ensure training outputs align with Group strategic objectives and those of the HR function
This is a busy role that requires building collaborative relationships across functions and working closely with Sodexo's operational leadership team. The goal is to ensure that employees are fully supported and set up to excel in their roles.
Qualifications:
For this role, you bring proven experience in developing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, have excellent communication skills, and be able to remain agile and flexible in the face of changing priorities. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is essential for this role, along with instructional design and delivery capability using various training modes, including face-to-face and virtual. Additionally, you must be able to plan, schedule, and coordinate learning events and related logistics.
