
Sales Expansion Strategist

Embark on a challenging role where you will be responsible for achieving and surpassing branch sales targets through the execution of key strategies aimed at expanding our brand presence in Australia.
The RoleThis position involves working closely with all customers, including end-users, mechanical contractors, and builders to foster strong relationships and drive sales growth.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients, ensuring seamless equipment lifecycle management and asset maintenance.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand and track end-user investment and expansion strategies.
- Provide detailed estimates and professional submissions to secure new business opportunities.
- Identify and convert new prospects into total solutions and product sales.
- Promote our capabilities and extensive product range, offering tailored BMCS, MSI, and system solutions.
- Establish and nurture relationships with new and potential clients.
- Regularly update the General Manager on client and industry feedback.
- Previous experience in a similar role with a proven track record of success.
- Strong background in estimating and providing submissions.
- Proficiency in building automation technologies and designs.
- Leadership experience, successfully managing sales teams and driving commercial contract development.
- Ability to develop and implement effective budgets.
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to sell complex commercial contracts.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills.
