About Our Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused leader to join our team as a Cemetery and Crematoria Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a diverse team of employees and working collaboratively across the business to ensure the delivery of objectives.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • Promote a customer service culture and ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Monitor and respond to customer feedback.
  • Understand the market, competitors, and changing consumer needs to identify opportunities to grow market share.
  • Establish and maintain connections to community and business networking groups to grow awareness of our brands.
  • Deliver target financial metrics, including quota and non-quota revenues, and capital expenses.
About You

You will be an experienced people leader in a customer-focused industry, with a track record of delivering commercial outcomes and positive experiences. You will have experience monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on location performance, developing and maintaining local business relationships, promoting a customer service culture, and identifying business development opportunities.
