Sales & Service Manager - QueensPlaza
About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Sales & Service Manager to lead our team at QueensPlaza. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales results.
You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills, motivate and empower your team to deliver seamless solutions to our customers. With a passion for retail and a desire to provide great customer service, you will be an ambassador for our brand, inspiring our customers and colleagues alike.
Responsibilities:- Lead by example, delivering on our service principles and engaging with customers to drive sales and build a loyal customer base.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive team culture, empowering your team to provide expert knowledge and seamless solutions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, working collaboratively across the business to achieve shared goals.
- Identify areas for improvement, being commercially aware and proactive in implementing changes.
- Work closely with our VM and Logistics teams to ensure stock is floor-ready within the relevant timeframes.
- Maintain stock loss awareness, working with the sell and support teams to mitigate loss through proactive measures.
