About The Opportunity:

Leads the development of biodiversity offset strategies, fosters client relationships, and delivers net positive environmental outcomes in Australia.

Australia's energy transition is driven by sustainable development and leadership in wind farms, grid-scale batteries, pumped hydro schemes, solar farms, and hydrogen production.

This key role will guide the creation of biodiversity offset plans while ensuring successful stakeholder engagement and team mentorship.

Key qualifications include a degree in environmental science or ecology and 10+ years of experience in biodiversity offsets or environmental consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans for biodiversity offset projects
  • Engage stakeholders to achieve project goals
  • Mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Requirements:

Education: Degree in environmental science or ecology

Experience: 10+ years in biodiversity offsets or environmental consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
