Job Description">

We are seeking a skilled Instrumentation Systems Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, inspecting, testing, and maintaining various instrumentation systems.

">Key Responsibilities">
  1. ">
  2. Execute minor engineering changes to instrumentation systems.">
  3. Develop procedures to establish safe work practices while maximizing operational performance.">
  4. Analyze instrumentation system performance in operational areas (Ore Leach, Refinery, etc.).">
  5. Finding solutions to instrumentation engineering problems.">
  6. Ensure adequate resources are available to respond rapidly to foreseeable instrumentation availability problems.">
  7. Manage Hazardous Area processes on site as per Murrin Murrin Hazardous Area Management Plan.">
  8. Plan, perform, and document periodic inspections and testing of electrical equipment in hazardous areas.">
  9. Maintain and manage the Hazardous Area Verification Dossier in accordance with regulatory and corporate requirements.">
">About You">

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven individual to fill this role. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) and EEHA Competency (Design & Maintenance) to AS/NZS 4761.1/2 or equivalent.

  • Bachelor of Engineering (Electrical) and EEHA Competency (Design & Maintenance) to AS/NZS 4761.1/2 or equivalent.">
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in control and instrumentation systems associated with chemical process plant, power station, or Mining.">
  • Membership of the Institution of Engineers, Australia, or eligibility to obtain full membership.">
  • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in hazardous area electrical engineering within mining, oil & gas, or industrial environments.">
