Electrical and Instrumentation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electrical and Instrumentation Specialist to join our team in Perth, Australia. As a key member of our electrical maintenance crew, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our electrical and instrumentation equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical and instrumentation equipment to minimize downtime and maximize availability.
  • Install new electrical and instrumentation equipment under permit-to-work orders, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments to implement and maintain our quality management system, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Ensure adherence to on-the-job safety procedures and requirements, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel.
Requirements:
  • A Western Australian 'A' Grade Electrical License is required.
  • Cert IV Electrical Instrumentation is necessary.
  • Continuous processing plant maintenance experience is essential.
  • HV switching certificate is desirable.
  • Hazardous area training/experience is also desirable.
