Job Title: Digital Commerce Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Digital Commerce Leader to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through Ecommerce and digital channels. This role requires proven experience in business management and marketing of Ecommerce sites, planning of and implementing paid media strategies, digital agency management, execution of performance KPIs, and ensuring close alignment between campaigns, creative, CRM, and product launches across global markets.

You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Driving customer acquisition and revenue growth through Ecommerce and digital channels
  • Managing Ecommerce sites, including website optimization, content creation, and SEO
  • Developing and executing paid media strategies across Meta, Google, FB, Tiktok, and Pinterest
  • Leading campaign briefing, media planning, and reviews
  • Collaborating with creative teams to develop compelling, engaging content and high converting landing pages

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in performance and digital marketing, preferably in Ecommerce or lifestyle product brands
  • 3+ years of managing partnering agencies and media budgets
  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for optimizing digital performance towards targeted growth
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple digital initiatives in a dynamic environment
