Digital Growth Strategist

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive our e-commerce and digital marketing efforts forward. At the heart of this role is the pursuit of delivering exceptional customer experiences that foster growth and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Foster customer engagement through strategic e-commerce and digital channel initiatives.
- Craft and implement paid media strategies, oversee digital agencies, and measure performance KPIs.
- Elevate campaign alignment with creative, CRM, and product launches across global markets.
This position forms a vital part of our Global Marketing & E-commerce team. Key duties include:
- Maintaining our e-commerce site with the latest marketing campaigns and content to drive user interaction and revenue.
- Developing and managing global paid media strategies across diverse platforms.
- Overseeing performance metrics, budgets, and pacing across channels and regions.
- Collaborating with creative teams to design compelling content and high-converting landing pages.
- A minimum of 8 years' experience in performance and digital marketing, preferably within e-commerce or lifestyle product brands.
- At least 3 years of experience managing partnering agencies and media expenditures.
- Strong stakeholder communication and vendor management skills.
- A data-driven mindset with a passion for optimizing digital performance towards targeted growth.
