This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Operations Manager - Unit Support. In this role, you will lead a team responsible for delivering high-level service delivery and support to volunteer units, ensuring the development and maintenance of unit capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver exceptional service delivery and support to volunteer units.
- Develop and maintain operational capabilities to ensure effective response to emergencies.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop business plans and strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to volunteer units to enhance their operational readiness.
Requirements:
- Proven leadership experience in emergency management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
