Role Overview

As a Restaurant Operations Director at Nando's, you will play a pivotal role in creating unforgettable experiences for our customers and driving the success of our restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • To deliver exceptional restaurant operations and maintain high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
  • To lead and motivate a team of restaurant managers to achieve outstanding results and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • To implement effective training programs and provide coaching and mentoring to develop the skills and capabilities of restaurant staff.
  • To work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability.
Requirements

We are looking for an experienced leader who has a passion for running restaurants brilliantly and delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong background in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box.
  • Possession of certifications such as liquor accreditation, First Aid, CPR, and manager accreditation (subject to applicable local legislation).
