**About the Role**

As a Support Worker at Aruma, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support and personal care to our customers. This will involve assisting them in becoming actively engaged in their local community and valued as an integral part of society.

**Key Responsibilities**

Support customers with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.

Assist customers in accessing community resources and services that promote independence and social interaction.

Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, families, and internal stakeholders.

**Requirements**

Valid VIC Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle for transporting customers.

Transferrable skills in providing care and compassion, including conflict resolution and crisis management.

Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
