About the Role:This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Psychological Support Professional to join our team and contribute to the overall effectiveness of our services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing individual, group, and family counselling, as well as supporting patients, their families, and hospital employees through education and resources.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality psychological support and counselling services to individuals, groups, and families
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with healthcare teams
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and case management to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care and education
