Job Title: Production Printer Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Printer Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, supporting and maintaining high-volume production printers and digital presses.

Main Responsibilities
  • Install and support Colour and B&W print production equipment and ancillary products with associated software & service solutions.
  • Perform on-site Corrective and Preventative maintenance to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the VIC Service Team and report to the Service Delivery Manager.
Requirements
  • Technical field service experience, ideally with production printers, digital presses or high-volume print systems.
  • Strong mechanical, electrical and software troubleshooting skills.
  • Solid understanding of network connectivity, print servers and production print environments.
  • Proven ability to perform in time-sensitive or high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Ability to obtain a Police Check, Working with Children Check and AGSVA Security Clearance (preferred).
  • Flexibility to participate in an after-hours standby roster as required.
  • Current Australian working rights (visa sponsorship is not available).
